Stephen Burns enlisted into Junior Para Company in August 1975.He undertook P Company in 427 Platoon and Passed Out on 22 October 1976.
Private Burns was posted to 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment (2 PARA).
Whilst serving with 2 PARA Pte Burns deployed on two tours of Northern Ireland and a two year posting to Berlin.
Pte Burns left the Regiment in May 1980.
