My dad was a proud member of the Paras and I have found so many amazing photos of him and his Platoon.

Sadly my dad passed away in 2022.  But I know he was so proud of being in 2 Para.   He used to tell me stories about his time there.  And of the amazing guys he met.  

Henry Shields qualified as a Parachutist on course 428 in 1956.
