Lance Sergeant Alfred Herbert Gower was the husband of Hilda Gower, of Ramsgate Kent and served with 53rd (The Worcestershire Yeomanry) Airlanding Light Regiment.
L/Sgt Gower died on 24 March 1945, aged 33 years, and is commemorated on the Groeebeek Memorial in the Netherlands.
