Testimonial from release papers.....Thomas Philp volunteered as a parashutist in 1942 and has seen action in N Africa, Italy, France & Greece being wounded once and seen active service in Palenstine.He has a good record of service in the battalion and has always worked very hard. Represented the regiment football team.
