Tom Kenneth Burridge was the son of Brevet Lt-Col Tom Eustace Burridge and Lilian Burridge, of Leicester.Captain Burridge successfully completed his parachute training on 31 August 1945. He was then posted to 2 Forward Observation Unit, Royal Artillery where he served in Palestine.

Capt Burridge died on the 26 January 1946 and is now buried in Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.
