Lieutenant WE "Jock" Grimwood was a quartermaster of the 152nd (Indian) Parachute Battalion, attached from the 7th Rajputana Rifles. He left for India in 1941 alongside Lieutenant Alan Cowell MC, who was also in the 152. Grimwood was present at the battle of Sangshak.
